The following Introductory Rules replace the "Model Arbitration Clause" and the "Introduction" as per the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration (hereinafter: Swiss Rules) in the currently valid version (currently: 2012).
(b) The scope of application of the Swiss Rules is, however, limited as follows: The subject matter of the arbitration are disputes arising out of or in connection with an inheritance matter (Art. 1 para. 1 and Art. 3 para. 3 lit. d); the arbitration clause may (as far as legally binding) also be contained in an inheritance contract or in a last will (Art. 1 para. 1).
(d) The function of the Secretary is assumed by the SVSiE secretary (Appendix A).
(e) As to the fees and administrative costs, Appendix B of the Swiss Rules applies accordingly. The Registration Fee and the Admission Costs are to be paid to the SVSiE (PC-account 60-534668-3 / IBAN CH38 0900 0000 6053 4668 3).
